All our abayas and dresses are carefully packaged and lightly scented with an Arabic perfume for a luxurious unboxing experience. Please note that all scented products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you prefer to receive your order without any fragrance, kindly mention this in the Order Notes or Instruction Box at checkout.
Personal Information
Veil Allure Abaya reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for all orders.
Only products that have been damaged during shipment may be reviewed for replacement on a case-by-case basis.
In the rare case of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please email us at veilallureabaya@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Veil Allure Abaya also reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, in situations such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for ready-to-wear items if the desired size is available in stock.
Customers are responsible for covering exchange delivery costs (both ways).
Exchange requests will be processed according to item availability and production capacity.
An exchange is only confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email from our team stating that the requested item is available.
Submitting an exchange request does not guarantee item availability.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UAE, customers are responsible for:
The return shipping fee for the original item, and
The shipping fee for the new replacement item.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
Customized items, including size alterations, length adjustments, or added design details (such as buttons, embroidery, or embellishments).
Made-to-order or personalized abayas.
Discounted or sale items.
As these pieces are individually tailored to your preferences, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been confirmed.
Exchange Policy Conditions
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at veilallureabaya@hotmail.com. After this period, we will be unable to process any exchange requests.
Customers are allowed up to two exchanges per original order. After the second exchange, no further requests can be accepted.
If an exchange is made for a lower-priced item, the price difference is non-refundable.
If the original item was on sale or purchased with a discount code, customers will need to pay any price difference when exchanging for an item at a higher price.
